Senior IT Strategist

As Senior IT Strategist your position comes with the truly inspiring mission of ensuring that our strategic digital change initiatives are delivered in ways that align with our corporate strategy and Digital Change Agenda.

Main responsibility

Strategic Digital Transformation

• Drive pivotal initiatives to propel Dometic's digitalization journey forward, leveraging emerging technologies, conducting vendor assessments, overseeing pre-studies, engaging in M&A activities, and crafting solution designs.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to the organization, offering guidance and support in navigating change implementation processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Change Management and Organizational Enablement

• Create an environment conducive to smooth transitions by implementing change management strategies and plans that foster enthusiasm and engagement among stakeholders, enabling successful adoption of transformative initiatives.
• Proactively drive change activities by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, identifying key stakeholders, and leading projects and programs critical to major change initiatives.

Strategic Alignment and Collaboration

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the design and delivery of Business Digital Change Agendas, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate strategies and objectives.
• Ensure that all digital transformation efforts are strategically aligned with the company's vision and goals.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within change and project management – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• A degree in a relevant field of studies
• Seniority and broad experience - being able to take on a variety of assignments and tasks and bringing a "management consultant-approach"
• A genuine interest and understanding of IT
• Excellent skills in communicating and presenting strategies is key to success in this position
• Proven track record from leading digital transformations
• Previous use of methodologies and tools for change, such as Enterprise Architecture, Lean Business or Six Sigma and Agile practices is also highly beneficial
• Excellent skills in both written and verbal English
• Experience from program management is a plus
