Head of IT Group Functions & Global Ventures

As Head of IT Group Functions & Global Ventures within the IT team, you are hands-on and operationally responsible for supporting all group functions. Setting up the IT strategy with each of those functions – coordinating the IT strategy work as well as carrying out projects. This is a role where you act as the link between group functions and group IT. The role also supports Global Ventures with their digitalization journey.

Main responsibility

Lead the digitalization agenda for Group Functions

• Be an active member of the Dometic Global IT Management Team and be a strong contributor to the development and execution of group wide IT strategy, roadmaps and guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with business groups and their leaders across the enterprise and develop a detailed understanding of their IT challenges and opportunities
• Ensure transparency and collaboration between the IT organization and other business functions including business application owners
• Develop and execute on an IT vision, Digital Change Agenda, and roadmap for the Group Functions
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards
• Lead the modernization and consolidation of our ERP landscape, driving efficiency and agility across the organization. Champion digitalization efforts to bolster e-commerce capabilities, both B2B and D2C
• Drive the transition to cloud-based solutions, leveraging the flexibility and scalability of cloud technology to enhance business operations

Build the IT function for the Global Ventures segment

• Provide support for the Global Ventures segment, overseeing business application ownership, processes, and budgets
• Identify and implement opportunities to harness synergies and scale within our global organization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement performance management frameworks to monitor and optimize IT performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with business needs

A suitable background would be a solid experience within technology and experience from a leadership position – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• A degree in a relevant field of studies
• Experience in leading teams with a successful track record of growing and developing others
• Experience in leading large-scale business & IT Transformation programs
• Experience from international companies with a strong growth agenda
• Experience leveraging teams and relationships successfully in a matrix organization
• P&L leadership experience is meriting - though not mandatory
• English skills are required
